To form an ideal sliding and transport surface for the support, the line is made up of a frame as a structural element, groups of support shaft pulleys and transport belts.
The latter are moved by a gear motor positioned on the shaft of the belt units and managed by an inverter.
Each line is sized based on various technical data:
- tile size
- production type
- particular customer needs
Each application has many types of machines to carry out the same process, and there are many complements to accompany the various accessories, to facilitate and improve the operator’s daily work.
